The Warehouse Relocation Process

  • Take inventory / assessment of current racking system
  • Create a design / racking layout for the new space
  • Incorporate existing customer racking into new layout. Add additional new or used racking if necessary.
  • Come up with gameplan and timeframe with customer for rack dismantle
  • Deliver / Install new racking so customer can begin to relocate product, clearing off their existing racking for dismantle
  • Begin to dismantle, band and palletize, and transport existing customer racking to new facility
  • Install transported racking
